Season brings nearly twenty years of experience working with young children in a wide variety of settings, including traditional preschool environments, public schools, Montessori classrooms, and homeschooling communities. She has also worked with children in at-risk communities through youth enrichment programs and, most recently, has created small inclusive social groups designed to support neurodivergent learners.

Season believes strongly that children learn best when they have a voice in their education and the opportunity to explore topics that genuinely interest them. Her child-led, project-based approach is rooted in getting to know the whole child and using that understanding to guide their learning. She is particularly attuned to what children may be communicating through their actions and works intentionally to create an environment where every child feels seen, valued, and understood.

Season takes great pride in building relationships rooted in connection and trust. She believes that children need to feel safe, supported, and listened to before they can fully engage in learning, take risks, and be themselves. Her work supporting neurodivergent children has deepened this commitment, and over the past several years she has created multiple inclusive groups for children who benefit from smaller, child-led settings.

Season holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus in Montessori Education and continues to learn about neurodivergence, child development, and the brain and behavior. She also enjoys supporting homeschooling families by creating project-based studies and curriculum experiences. Outside of her work with in her classroom, Season loves to read and to bake with her children.
